Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class Mail): 3-5 business days - Free Shipping
  • Any Priority or Express ShippingMail: at the customer's expense.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delivery times for international orders are estimates and may vary due to customs processing
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs

Package Protection

We take great care in packaging all trading cards to ensure they arrive safely:

  • All single cards are shipped in protective penny sleeves and toploaders
  • Multiple cards are secured with cardboard backing to prevent bending
  • Booster packs and sealed products are wrapped in bubble wrap or protective packaging
  • All packages are shipped in rigid mailers or boxes to prevent damage during transit

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view tracking information in your order confirmation page.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other events outside our control.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If your cards arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at pokeduous@gmail.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can resolve the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend:

  • Tracking your package and being available to receive it
  • Requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly if a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at pokeduous@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
